We are pleased to announce that we have partnered with Appleton Woods as our UK distributor partner to sell our range of synthetic peptide hydrogels, PeptiGels®.
Manchester BIOGEL supports several PhD students across the UK and Ireland, with the aim of exemplifying and expanding the application of our PeptiGel® and PeptiInk® products. Two of these CASE award students, Katie McGarry and Niall Treacy, are based in University College Dublin (UCD) and supported through an industry partnership grant with CURAM.
The UK Regenerative Medicine Platform (UKRMP) is a national initiative that is addressing key translational challenges within the area of regenerative medicine. The University of Manchester is home to four students funded through this platform, where each is working with Manchester BIOGEL through our CASE studentship scheme. Their focus is to expand the portfolio of application areas of our peptide hydrogels; PeptiGels® and PeptiInks®.
Albert Ginjaume and Jessica Sykes at Manchester have been experimenting with our PeptiInks® to successfully print MBG’s bee logo with outstanding structural definition.
We are redefining cell culture with fully synthetic PeptiGels® (peptide hydrogels) for use in 3D cell culture, 3D bioprinting and drug discovery applications.
